Breakfast and Learn: “Community Banking to Community Building”

Grace is a Vice President, Senior Business Consultant for JP Morgan Chase in the Greater South Florida. She has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. She regularly partners with local community leaders and advocacy organizations as a key resource in creating more opportunities to invest in a stronger, more equitable and resilient Business Community. She utilizes her years of specialized industry expertise, business acumen and centers of influence to develop strategies that address the challenges faced by minority-owned businesses.
Grace has a passion and spearheads efforts predominantly in historically under-served communities by providing accessible education, coaching and business solutions to accelerate economic growth. Grace has a significant footprint in government and non-profit entities and engages in philanthropic endeavors throughout South Florida. She is motivated to address challenges faced by entrepreneurs through a solution centered approach by providing access to technical assistance, mentorship, financial literacy, business solutions and resources, with a purpose to accelerate sustainable growth in our communities. Grace spearheads the Elevate Together University initiative in the market, a national partnership with the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and affiliates, fostering the growth and profitability of Black, Hispanic and Latino Owned businesses.
When Grace isn’t focusing on serving her community, she can be found practicing Transcendental meditation, scuba-diving off one of South Florida’s coral reefs, at a park with her two rescue dogs or traveling the world with her Life Partner.

Ken is a true advocate for community growth. He has been passionate about community building for as long as he can remember. Being a product of inner-city life, he has been on a continued journey to make a difference.
With over 20 years of Banking experience, 16+ years as a Branch manager and current active role with Advancing Black Pathways with Chase, he is able to share his lifelong dedication to community involvement, and his life experiences to build trust in the communities he serves. He is committed to making himself available to engage in meaningful ways around financial health and education strategies.
His motto” Let’s build our community by building our relationships” holds true to his commitment as a Community Manager for JPMorgan Chase.
