Psychologist/Clinical Supervisor

1. Managing Incoming calls from customers

3. Answering customer grievances

5. Recommending potential insurance and DPO products to Sales Manager by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

6. Developing an understanding of the company’s insurance and DPO products and services and how those solutions address the needs within the target market

7. Meeting established criteria and specified goals for sales quota, close ratio, and number of weekly sales calls

8. Following up with customers regularly to close sales and generate new leads

9. Developing strong relationships with customers so they will share their successes on the company’s platform with other prospects
