Bertholette Pardieu, MPH, CPHRM, CCP, GRC
Bertholette Pardieu is the Director of Risk Management, Safety & Corporate Compliance Officer at Broward Community & Family Health Centers, Inc. with over ten (10) years of experience in Public Health, Risk Management, Compliance, Strategic Planning and Program Management. Ms. Pardieu spends her time working with a multitude of departments monitoring and assessing healthcare compliance and mitigating risk to ensure patient safety and protect organizational assets.
Ms. Pardieu is an active board member of Avanse Ansamn, a non-profit Haitian-Millennials Professional group, geared towards advancing and empowering the Haitian Community in South Florida. She is also a distinguished fellow of the Sant La Haitian Neighborhood Center and member of the Broward Young Black Progressives. Prior to her involvement in Avanse Ansanm and Broward Young Black Progressives, Ms. Pardieu served as the Vice President and Committee Chair of the Professional Development Committee at the Urban League of Broward County- Young Professionals Network (YPN) from 2017- 2018.
Ms. Pardieu attended Barry University completing a Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound. She also completed her Master of Public Health in Policy and Management and a professional certificate in Healthcare Risk Management from Florida International University in 2013.
