Jidlyne Remy-Cherelus

Jidlyne Remy-Cherelus is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), an entrepreneur, a community advocate, and humanitarian. She is a native Miamian of Haitian descent. At the tender age of 17, Jidlyne obtained her LPN degree in high-school. She is a proud alumnus of Florida International University, obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences, Minor in Public Health and Minor in Chemistry. Jidlyne pursued her interest in nursing (LPN-RN) from Miami Dade College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Barry University. She is currently enrolled in the Doctorate of Nursing Practice program and working as a FNP at a community clinic in Miami.

Jidlyne, with over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, worked as a Registered Nurse in local hospital and clinical settings, and co-owned a Home Health Agency. She is the co-founder of Cherelus Consultant & Concierge services which offers personalized healthcare to members of the community by fulfilling their medical, mental, and rehabilitation needs. Jidlyne is also co-founder of Family One Wellness, an organization focused on enrichment of healthy millennial marriages.

Jidlyne organized medical mission trips to Haiti with DISH, providing medical services to residents of Haiti. Jidlyne worked on the frontlines during the Coronavirus pandemic. She administered free COVID-19 testing/ vaccinations throughout Miami-Dade. During the pandemic, Jidlyne saw it fit to create virtual weekly couples’ sessions for black couples in the community, providing weekly advice on how to maintain wellness in the household.

Jidlyne is married to Sidney Cherelus and has one daughter, Aubrey. She loves reading, writing poetry, cycling, and traveling.
