Karen Civil

Author, Philanthropist, Content Creator and Global Marketing entrepreneur! These only begin to describe one of the most recognizable forces behind the scenes in music and entertainment. Karen Civil has developed a powerful influence on everything she touches including fashion, culture, tech and even politics – billed as “the woman making Hillary Clinton cool” by The New Yorker!

Civil has bridged the gap between powerful brands (Beats By Dre, NFL, BeautyCon, KSWISS) and powerful people for years, later adding Philanthropy as her driving motivation. She launched her non profit, The Live Civil Foundation in 2018 to help “push the power of play” and work to supply communities in need with better spaces and a deeper quality of life.

In 2020, amidst civil unrest around the senseless police brutality against black people and a global pandemic, Civil contributed to homes, families and businesses that had suffered through looting and riots as well as the COVID-19 related issues. She also became an ambassador for non-profit, Hope for Haiti and joined the ‘Hike for Haiti Challenge,’ helping to raise over $100,000 towards the relief efforts for the community of Marre à Coiffe in Haiti. She plans to release her second book at the end of 2021
