“Success not shared is failure”; is Sainte-Fanie Jean-Baptiste’s main leading principal. Sainte-Fanie describes herself as a success-driven leader and humble apprentice, with a personal commitment to service. Sainte-Fanie earned her Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master’s in Taxation at Florida State University. During her undergraduate pursuits, Sainte-Fanie completed a portion of her business studies in Valencia, Spain. Soon after, she kicked off her tax career at Ernst & Young, one of the largest professional services network in the world, at their headquarters in London, UK. Upon completing her masters’, she continued her career at the Firm’s Miami office and now works as a Senior Tax Accountant where she manages engagements within the Global Compliance Services Group.
Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Sainte-Fanie is an only-girl surrounded by 5 brothers. Sainte-Fanie has found her calling to be in two areas: creating access for underprivileged youth and elevating Haiti in any capacity. In 2012, Sainte-Fanie founded Walk My Shoes, Inc., (“WMS”), a nonprofit organization upon learning of the unfortunate suicide of an old classmate. WMS equips students in underserved communities with the necessary tools for a successful high-school completion and beyond with the belief that juvenile delinquency starts where access stops. In 2015, Sainte-Fanie took her passion to the international stage by competing for the Title of Miss Haiti International, representing her hometown Port-au-Prince, and placing as 1ere Dauphine (1st Runner Up).
All in all, Sainte-Fanie is an ambassador for hope, a lover of culture and follower of Christ.
