
Joane D. Celestin is a serial entrepreneur that believes economic empowerment is crucial to create generational wealth. Celestin was born in Brooklyn, New York. She is the proud and loving mom of a daughter. Her parents are Marie Zephir and Hubert Celestin are from the island of Haiti. She is the youngest sibling of eight sisters.
Celestin has been a Girl Scout Troop leader for the past four years; empowering young girls to live their dreams with no limits. It is her wish to run for office in the future.
