
Sabrine Semoin, MD, MBA, FACS
Dr. Sabrine Semoin is a Board Certified General Surgeon, specializing in minimally invasive laparoscopic and Robotic surgery, and served as the director of Robotic Surgery at Jackson North Medical Center. She currently practices at South Florida Surgery, with offices in Miami and Broward. She has hospital affiliations within the Jackson Health and Memorial Health Systems, and HCA University Hospital.
After graduating Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University, double major in Psychology and Biological Sciences, and a Minor in French, Dr. Semoin obtained her medical degree from Howard University College of medicine, Graduating in the top 5 of her class. She completed General Surgery residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Dr. Semoin is an accredited fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
In Addition, Dr. Semoin holds a Master of business Administration from the Johns Hopkins University Carey business School, with concentration in healthcare management.
Dr. Semoin is also a veteran of the United States Air Force, recipient of The Meritorious Service Medal for outstanding service to the United States as a General Surgeon. She separated with distinction at the rank of Major after 11 years of service as a Military Officer and Surgeon.
Her current focus includes increasing access to minimally invasive surgery, and providing the highest standard of surgical care to the largely underserved minority population of South Florida. She is also involved in policy and advocacy at the medical executive level, committed to improving racial and ethnic disparities in healthcare.
