
Vladimir St. Louis is a Special Agent with the Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI). Prior to joining IRS-CI, Vladimir practiced real estate law for six years. Vladimir was born and raised in South Florida. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a music minor from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and was a member of the Frederick M. Supper Honors Program. He then attended law school at Florida International University where he obtained his Juris Doctor and was a member of the FIU Trial Team. Vladimir went on to get his Master of Laws in Taxation, with a Certificate in State and Local Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center with Dean’s List Designation.
Vladimir is a licensed member of the Florida Bar, and is also admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Vladimir has been heavily involved with the Haitian Lawyers Association (HLA) since graduating from law school and has served in various roles: Director, Vice President, President-Elect, President, and now Immediate Past President. As President, he focused his attention on community service, continuing legal education programming, collaborating with community service providers and sister bar organizations, an earthquake relief fundraiser, obtaining multiple grants for HLA, and various other matters.
Vladimir is married to his wife, Joane, and lives in Coral Springs, Florida with their three kids.
