Docelyn is a highly skilled managing consultant with 16 y ears experience in Enterprise Resource Planning software development. She had a humble beginning teaching computer skills to the Haitian community at Computer Bargains. Now, she travels across t he globe to meet clients needs. She has considerable experience across multiple industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, Automotive, Life Science, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Distribution. She has led multiple teams in the successful development and implementation of new business processes. Her clients have included IBM, Lenovo, Hanes Brand, Kraft Foods, Ernst and Young, General Motors and Nivea. Docelyn holds patent (US 7966207 B2) for method, system and program product for managing fulfillment of orders.
One of Docelyn’s passions is the education of children in Haiti. She has led the Notre Dame D’Haiti Back to school mission for the past four years. This mission was started after the 2010 earthquake by parishioners of Notre Dame D’Haiti Catholic church in response to the increasing educational needs of the children in Haiti. The Mission has distributed over 15,000 book bags filled with schools supplies to children over the last six years. Docelyn is the president of the young adults group at Notre Dame D’Haiti Catholic Church. She is also the administrative assistant for FOJEM, a non- profit organization that provides need-based scholarships and leadership workshops to students attending a university or vocational school in Haiti.
In her spare time, Docelyn loves to read about the stock market, real estate, personal finances and new technology. Her longer term goals are to build a passive income stream, reduce traveling and devote more time to children education in South Florida.
