Jadine Louissaint

Jadine Louissaint is a Miami native whose daily mantra is “To much is given, much is required.” Her background in mentorship, devotion to Christ and passion to transform lives helps this vision come to life. She’s a registered nurse who obtained a Bachelor in Nursing in 2005 from the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies. In fall 2012 she pursued and obtained a Healthcare MBA from the Chapman School of Business at Florida International University in fall 2013. While enrolled in the program, she was afforded the opportunity to do research in China with emphasis on their healthcare system. The knowledge and skills obtained from that trip was unforgettable and priceless. She is currently a Clinical Resource Coordinator at Jackson Health System, where she oversees the Medical/Surgical clinical resource management team. In the last 10 years, Jadine has mentored and assisted with the academic and social development of approximately 40 inner-city girls in Miami- Dade County, 65%-70% of who have recently started or are currently in their collegiate undergraduate careers. Her continuous involvement in the community has rendered her multiple awards from community leaders and organizations. When she’s not in the hospital being an advocate for the patient experience, you can find her inspiring other women locally and internationally with her motivational speaking, books, videos or online courses. She’s currently the executive director of a faith based non-profit that equip young ladies with a mentorship program called YOUunique Academy. With the motto of “Embracing, Loving & Celebrating the best YOU every day!” this curriculum provides biblical based principles that fosters entrepreneurship and culture awareness. Depending what season of the year it is you can view the young ladies in the program compete for a scholarship at the Miss TransforMe Ayiti Pageant or go to Haiti for the annual school drive distribution. In the end she wants to leave the legacy of empowering one mind, one life in one city at a time.
