Kenasha Paul is the President and CEO of the Black Professionals Network (“BPN”), a 501(C)3 not-for-profit organization with the mission to shrink the achievement gap and aide emerging black professionals to become industry ready leaders for the communities and organizations they serve. The organization provides access, resources, and opportunities to achieve and excel in their professional aspirations. A proud Miamian of Haitian descent she attended Florida International University (FIU), earning a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with minors in International Relations and English. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) where she concentrated on business and nonprofit management. While in school, Kenasha established the inaugural Black Professionals Summit in 2014, an annual conference convening South Florida’s best and brightest for leadership and professional development workshops and sessions. In addition, she serves as a shareholder for the Miami Millennial Investment Firm, a real estate organization that encourages young professionals to follow suit in investing and revitalizing urban communities. She also serves as a Business Consultant for the Miami Minority Business Development Agency where aides business owners develop and fine tune their business models by creating strategic infrastructures that focus on sustainability in their respective industries.
