Sabrina L. Paul-Noel

Haitian-American, Sabrina Lourdes Paul-Noel is the Director of Donor Relations and Development Communications, Chief of Staff for the ADOM Development Corporation and Administrator for the Catholic Community Foundation for the Archdiocese of Miami.

Sabrina is responsible the day-to-day operations and board governance of the $219+ Million investment portfolio and serves as the Chief of Staff to the President and Chief Development Officer of the Archdiocese of Miami. She is responsible for all phases of development communications and marketing, including the annual campaign, major gifts fundraising, development services, special projects, special events, stewardship and planned giving. Her materials spreads across the three-county Archdiocese, home to 1.6 million people, comprised of 109 parishes, 62 Catholic Schools, as well as numerous programs and initiatives.

Before devoting her work fulltime to the Catholic Church, Sabrina worked as an Admissions Advisor for ATI Career Training Institute. There she counseled many students and guided them towards their career goals. In addition to counseling, Sabrina has spearheaded many fundraising and interfaith community initiatives throughout Little Haiti. She serves as a Director for Refocus Haiti, Resources for Children Under Stress and as a Wish Grantor for the Make-A-Wish Foundation South Florida.

Sabrina has lead discussions on the importance of innovation and inclusion. In collaboration with Blackbaud and the Archdiocese of Miami, Sabrina has hosted webinars highlighting strategies and the importance of social media in fundraising. She has hosted workshops focusing on Prospect Management and Fundraising Materials as well as being invited by FIU to join a panel discussion career readiness.

Originally from Miami Shores, Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Florida International University and a Master of Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship. Sabrina learned her resilience and communication skills from her Haitian born parents, Staoder Paul-Noel and Marie Lourdes Saintilme. Her mother is the proud owner of Joyce Beauty Salon, longest standing Beauty Salon in Little Haiti and her father, Little Haiti Businessman held several investments throughout community and heavily influenced the importance of entrepreneurship and real estate investment. Sabrina is a proud mother of four- Bradly, Shadai, Syrai and Orion, and enjoys spending time with her children and teaching them the importance of community philanthropy and having a personal relationship with Christ.
