Naomie Baptiste

Naomie Baptiste is an Engineering Program Management Manager in the aerospace industry. She recently completed her MBA from Howard University, where the Business School is ranked as Bloomberg’s No. 1 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU). She is a two-time Howard University case study winner for various industries. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Florida State University, Masters of Global Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Certification in Emerging Markets: China Business. The Orlando Business Journal (OBJ) named Naomie as a 2020 40 Under 40 honoree for her contributions to advancements in technology and community outreach. She is the current President of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Central FL, where the section was awarded a 2022 National SWE Mission Award. She leads the strategic execution strategy for a membership of 300 women engineers and allies.
