Haitian-American, Sherline Lexime is a Director of Human Resources for Hilton Hotels, a founding partner at Events With Class, LLC and the founder of The HR Formula Group, LLC.
Sherline is responsible for the day-to-day human resources operations for a 600-room hotel in the heart of South Florida. She is responsible for all phases of employment including talent acquisition, training and development, benefits administration, performance management, and positive employee relations. Sherline also supports small business human resources initiatives through the HR consulting firm founded during the peak of the pandemic. Her daily efforts with ensuring fair recruitment practices, quality training programs, competitive wages, and positive work environments touch the lives of hundreds in and beyond the workplace.
Sherline constantly returns to the classrooms and educational events to lead discussions as well as guide high school and college students through their journey. An avid writer, she also volunteers her time to assist students with resume writing and college personal statements.
Originally from Miami, Sherline holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson and Wales University and a Juris master’s degree in Employment Law and HR Risk Management from Florida State University Law School. Sherline is a daughter, a sister, a friend, and a proud mother to her son Jaiden. In her spare time, she enjoys creating memorable moments with loved ones and helping others navigate workplace concerns. Her favorite quote, “people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care,” has resonated in her strive to support others with the mind and heart.
