PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Hudson Robillard, MAcc, CPA is a Florida Board Certified Public Accountant. Hudson started his career in Public Accounting at Morrison, Brown, Argiz and Farra, LLC (MBAF). He spent 8 years at MBAF providing audit and business consulting, participated in various special projects, and currently serves as an independent contractor to MBAF.

Hudson gained extensive experience and has been in the Public Accounting arena since 2005 providing services to entities in various industries including financial institutions (Community Banks), hospitality, non-profit, and merchandising businesses. He is skilled in first time through audit engagements and providing audit services to privately held companies. He was primarily responsible for managing client relationships, engagement planning, budgeting, monitoring the process of audit engagements. He served as the liaison among principals, clients and staff by researching practice area issues and providing guidance.

As the managing director of Hudson Robillard & Company, Hudson leads a CPA practice that focuses on assisting small-midsize entities to meet their strategic, financial, and regulatory reporting needs. Hudson is a financial consultant to community banks including Banesco USA and Professional bank providing assistance with their asset based lending examination monitoring requirements .

PREVIOUS RELEVANT ASSIGNMENTS:

Banesco USA Bank – Hudson was the external Audit Manager in charge of the financial statements audit of Banesco USA, Coral Gables, Florida during the acquisition of Security Bank, National Association, North Lauderdale, Florida, in which Banesco USA entered into a purchase and assumption agreement with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) on May 4, 2012 to assume all of the deposits of Security Bank, National Association. Per FDIC Press Releases, as of March 31, 2012, Security Bank had approximately $101 million in total assets and $99.1 million in total deposits.

Pacific National Bank – For the year ended December 31, 2012, Hudson was the external Audit Manager in charge of the financial statements audit of Pacific National Bank, a subsidiary of Banco del Pacifico, which was owned by the Central Bank of Ecuador at the time. Hudson managed the financial statements audit of Pacific National Bank during the period where the shares of the Bank were placed into a voting trust to be sold to the highest bidder as was published in South Florida Business Journal on February 5, 2013.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Hudson earned an Associate Degree from Miami Dade College in 2003 and a Bachelor Degree from Florida International University in 2005. He completed his graduate studies at Florida International University in 2008. He is a graduate of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) National Banking School from the McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia.
