Jeffrey Corriolan

I attended Dr. Michael Krop Senior High School, where I graduated in 2007. While a student there, I graduated top of my class and sitting as Class Vice President from 2006-2007. During my time there, I participated in Cross Talk Bible Club, Young Democrats Organization, Peer Mediation program as a mediator for the school and Levels I – IV of our Law Class. Including, Mock Trail competitor and school litigator for student vs. student trails.

In 2005, I started working for The Fresh Market as a bagger, and then went on to be promoted to Customer Service manager in the year 2007. I was transferred to the Coconut Grove location in Aventura and worked there for 2 years prior to being promoted to Certified Trainer traveling all around the east coast of The United States – New York, Tennessee, and all parts of Florida. Following that, I was given the opportunity to work as Operation Support Specialist stationed out of Greensboro, North Carolina.
I later returned back to Miami, where I continued working for the company but also continued my college education at NSU – Nova Southern University and completing my education in Legal Studies.

In 2009, during my time working at Fresh Market, I embraced a new career path – Real Estate.

From 2009 – 2011, I worked under an investment company, helping homeowners out of Foreclosure and assisting with Short Sales of Delinquent homes.

I, later, received employment at The Keyes Company, where I instantly become a Field Trainer (training new associates from contract to close) and IT Tech (assisting associates with marketing, branding, online tech support and much more).

In 2015, I relocated to the Weston Branch of The Keyes Company, where I now lead a top real estate team called the JC Sales Team. I continue to break goals closing over 100 plus transactions per year.

As of 2019, we ended our year with over 16 million dollars of sales volume.
I now sit on our Miami Association of Realtors Grievance committee, as well as Keyes Next Gen Ambassador for the South Region. Next Gen is Keyes Young professional group, agents under the age of 40 years old.

I am excited to say I am currently the 2020-2022 South Florida Board of Realtist President for National Association of Real Estate Brokers. Which is a minority organization that dates back to thee1940s when segregation was a big factor of the society and blacks could not be REALTORS.

I look forward to seeing how I will continue to grow and impact my circle with involvement in the community and the Real Estate market.
