Starting her first company at age 22, Jessica Laguerre is making waves, changing the way Millennials do business and changing the way we think Pink. She is the President and Founder of The Royalty Series, Inc. and a 501©3 Not-for Profit Princess Training, a youth
entrepreneurship development program for girls where the young ladies actually start their own companies at the end of the year. She has 3 national chapters in the work, with 2 international location scheduled for the end of fall 2019.
Her quest, to create as many “Girl Bosses” (Women entrepreneurs) as possible.
The Chief Executive Princess herself is well on her way to building the kingdom, with influence in the marketplace. She is also the proud owner of The Royal Sweet Shoppe, a Social Entrepreneurship café where the women and girls receive job training and hands on
entrepreneurial experience.
Jessica is strong advocate for finding your calling and purpose early in life. She is
passionate about guiding young entrepreneurs and is furthering this cause as President
and Founder of The Royalty Series, a hub for innovation and youth. Via her debut
project, Princess Training, a year-long development program for girls with an emphasis
on entrepreneurship and mentoring, selected to participate in the first cohort of
Accelerate South Dade District 8 Small Business and Non-Profit Incubator.
Leader in South Florida and the international community. Focused on community
development projects, educational, and entrepreneurship initiatives for youth both
locally and internationally, Jessica is rapidly moving up the ranks as a leader for youth
development initiatives. Professionally, she has consulted with organizations in both the
public and private sector, helping them develop programs that directly benefit
under-served populations in South Florida, such as Cutler Bay, Coconut Grove, and
Little Haiti.
Jessica is a Miami Native and micro-influencer in South Florida and the international
community. With a long list of community development projects, educational, and
entrepreneurship initiatives for youth both locally and internationally.
Jessica is a proud Panther Florida International University where she was a dual degree
Public Administration and English Major. She is a Sant La Neighborhood Center
Inaugural class fellow. She has been the recipient of several awards and grants from
organizations such as: Partners for Self Employment, Center for Leadership and
Service, Global Civic Engagement, and iChange FIU Social Entrepreneurship. A faithful
