Kerviens Dostaly is a seasoned financial services leader with nearly 2 decades of experience at Bank Of America, where he serves as Vice President and Preferred Business Academy manager. Since beginning his career in 2007 as a teller, he has progressed through a variety of leadership roles, leveraging his strength in management, marketing, and client engagement to guide teams to consistently high performance.
A valiant award recipient, Kerviens has led multiple market and regional development programs designed to enhance the proficiency of new-to-role employees and elevate client engagement across lending, business, and financial solutions. His work supports more than 160 advisors across Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida. Deeply committed to leadership development, he has served as a mentor leadership coach to colleagues throughout the organization. His dedication to innovation is reflected in his leadership of key capability, rollouts across his market, driving strong adoption, and proficiency of key business priorities. As an advocate for inclusion, he currently serves as cochair of the Parent and Caregiver Employee Network, supporting a community of over 600 members.
Kerviens holds a degree in Computer Science from Miami Dade College. Equally passionate about community impact, he facilitate financial literacy sessions through the “Better Money Habits” program and partners with local organizations to support food drives, clothing, donations, and a range of nonprofit initiatives.
Born in New York and raised in Port -au-Prince, Haiti, Kerviens now resides in Hollywood Florida with his wife and their two children. An avid sports enthusiast, he enjoys cheering for the Miami Dolphins and Miami Heat – often engaging in friendly rivalry with his identical, twin brother, a dedicated fan of the New York Knicks and the New York Giants.
