Nadeige Theresias-Joisil

Nadeige Theresias-Joisil is an educator at heart. She has had the rare privilege of aligning her passion, ministry, and profession for the advancement of her community. For over 20 years, she has served the South Florida community in many roles. These include public school teacher, Instructional Coach, Youth Director, Education Director, Pathfinder Director, FeJAH Executive Secretary, and President.

Currently, she works as the Youth Development Program Director at Sant La Haitian Neighborhood Center. Additionally, she serves as Secretary of the Haitian-American Faith-Based Network (HAFBN) and Advisor for Junior Youth Development Ministries. Nadeige frequently speaks publicly, offering leadership development seminars across South Florida. Her focus is on youth and education. Furthermore, she is committed to making a difference among high-risk youth, young adults, and underserved families.

Nadeige firmly believes that social and spiritual growth starts by seeking God, investing in oneself, and contributing to the development of others. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Education, as well as two Master’s degrees: one in Education Innovation & Technology and another in Curriculum & Instruction. She is also certified in College Counseling for grades 9-12 and trained in Project Management and Mental Health First Aid. Moreover, she is completing a fellowship with the University of Miami’s Emerging Transformational Leadership Program.

After teaching in secondary schools for 10 years, Nadeige transitioned into Educational Consulting & Coaching. She now uses her expertise to guide students and families in achieving academic success.

In her current roles, she provides culturally relevant academic support. She also organizes seminars and workshops for thousands of youth and families. These events foster spiritual and social growth. Driven by her purpose, Nadeige aims to advance social progress through academic achievement, leadership development, and cultural identity. She is fulfilling her role as a citizen of God’s kingdom.
