Andrelle Franck
Andrelle Franck is a dynamic and compassionate healthcare leader with over 15 years of experience dedicated to transforming patient care and advancing health equity. Raised in Thomonde, Haiti, her early life exposed her to the harsh realities of poverty and the stigma surrounding mental illness—experiences that fueled a lifelong mission to challenge societal norms and ensure dignified, accessible care for all, particularly the most vulnerable.
Motivated by a deep commitment to service, Andrelle pursued a career in nursing, becoming the first college graduate in her family. Her academic journey includes:
- Patient Care Technician (2007)
- Practical Nurse (2008)
- Associate and Bachelor’s in Nursing – Miami Dade College (2012, 2014)
- Master of Science in Nursing – University of Miami (2018)
- Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health – University of Miami (2022)
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) – University of Florida (2025)
Andrelle’s career has spanned hospice care, primary care, psychiatry, and academia. For over a decade, she served with Vitas Healthcare as a Hospice Nurse, providing comfort and dignity during end-of-life care. She also cared for underserved and homeless populations at Camillus Health Concerns, and today serves as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at Primary Medical Care Center, where she is known for her patient-centered approach and strong relationships with older adult patients.
Demonstrating both clinical and entrepreneurial excellence, Andrelle is the Founder and CEO of BelleVie Wellness Care, a private practice that expands access to essential psychiatric services. As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she is passionate about destigmatizing mental health and delivering culturally competent care.
Her dedication to shaping the next generation of nurses is reflected in her role as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Miami, where she mentors and inspires future healthcare professionals.
Andrelle has received multiple honors, including the Most Compassionate Student Award from Vitas Healthcare and recognition as a Top Primary Care Provider. She holds dual board certifications in Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing and is fluent in English, French, Haitian Creole, and conversational Spanish.
