Bianca Evariste
It is with pride and purpose that I, Bianca Evariste, submit my nomination for consideration as one of HACCOF’s Top 20 Under 40. As a Haitian-American healthcare executive, registered nurse, and community advocate, I have dedicated my career to advancing health equity, access, and empowerment for underserved populations across Florida and beyond.
Currently, I serve as Vice President of Clinical Operations at HealthyMD, where I lead a multi-state clinical infrastructure focused on HIV, Hepatitis C, and STI care. I have spearheaded the implementation of innovative telehealth and community-based models that have expanded access to care, improved health outcomes, and reduced systemic barriers—especially within Black and Brown communities.
In addition, I serve as Deputy Director of Special Projects, Communications, and Marketing at the Global Innovative Foundation. In this role, I drive national initiatives that support survivors of domestic violence, gun violence, and human trafficking—amplifying marginalized voices and delivering life-saving education and resources where they’re needed most.
Previously, I led operations at one of the largest behavioral health hospitals in the country, overseeing ten specialty units including crisis stabilization, geriatric care, and substance use. Under my leadership, the hospital achieved zero Joint Commission deficiencies and transformed from underperforming to exceeding CMS quality benchmarks—a transformation rooted in compassionate leadership and data-driven improvement.
My commitment to service extends beyond the boardroom. As an active member of the Haitian American Nurses Association of Florida, I deliver culturally tailored education on behavioral health and HIV prevention throughout South Florida’s most vulnerable neighborhoods. This work ensures that dignity, health literacy, and culturally competent care reach those who need it most.
From clinical excellence to community outreach, my journey is guided by purpose, resilience, and an unwavering dedication to making healthcare more equitable, inclusive, and empowering for all.
