Elisabeth Magloire
Elisabeth Magloire is the Managing Attorney of Magloire Law Firm PLLC, which provides legal representation for residents of South Florida in Housing and Family law matters. Ms. Magloire is a Primary Patent Examiner with 17 years’ experience in the Telecommunications field at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). At the USPTO, Elisabeth Magloire has been a successful mentor to new patent examiners. She is an active member of several affinity groups, including serving as the 2024-25 Vice-President of the Caribbean Intellectual Property Association at USPTO. Since 2022, she has been a volunteer attorney providing pro bono legal services to Miami residents through the Tenants’ Equal Justice Clinic of Legal Services of Greater Miami. Ms. Magloire was the recipient of the 2023 Equal Justice Pro Bono Clinic Volunteer Award for her pro bono work at Legal Services of Greater Miami.
Elisabeth Magloire earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering in 2006 from Polytechnic University (now NYU Tandon School of Engineering). In 2019, she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law.
