Ketsia Marcellus
Ketsia Marcellus is a dynamic young leader whose journey began behind the counter of her Haitian immigrant parents’ restaurant. From an early age, she witnessed the power of grit, perseverance, and daily sacrifice as her parents built a business from the ground up in a new country—with little more than faith, hustle, and a dream. Working in that restaurant taught her customer service, crisis management, and most importantly, the values of consistency, character, and showing up with purpose.
Today, Ketsia serves as Chief Operating Officer of Suited for Success / Dress for Success Miami, a nonprofit organization that empowers individuals to achieve economic independence through career development programs, training, and professional attire. Her rise from Program Manager to COO is a testament to her strategic vision, operational excellence, and unwavering dedication to human dignity.
With over 15 years of experience across the nonprofit, education, and healthcare sectors, Ketsia brings both heart and discipline to leadership. She is actively engaged with several community organizations championing causes close to her heart, including autism awareness and child abuse prevention. A natural mentor, she leads through encouragement, connection, and compassion—firmly believing in the power of presence and purpose.
Ketsia’s work has earned her significant recognition. She was named one of Brickell Magazine’s Top 20 Under 40 Professionals and was honored as one of Legacy South Florida’s Most Prominent & Influential Black Women in Business and Industry in 2024. These accolades reflect her ability to lead with both excellence and empathy, driving change that uplifts others.
Known for her polished presence and love of timeless fashion, Ketsia brings a unique energy to every space she enters. For her, style is not just about what you wear—it’s about how you carry yourself. She lives that truth daily, inspiring others to lead with confidence, authenticity, and grace.
At her core, Ketsia Marcellus is a woman on a mission: to lift as she climbs, to transform challenges into stepping stones, and to help build a world where every individual—regardless of background—has the opportunity to rise.
