Nahashley Marc is a seasoned Program Manager in Human Resources for the Florida Region of Cleveland Clinic Hospital, supporting more than 10,000 employees across the region. A proud Haitian-American and native of Miami, Florida, she brings over a decade of experience in healthcare human resources, leading strategic HR initiatives, advancing employee engagement, and shaping impactful policy development.

Before stepping into her current role, Nahashley served as Administrative Program Coordinator to the Executive Director of HR at Cleveland Clinic Weston, where she played a key role in high-level operations and cross-functional collaboration.

She earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Barry University.

In addition to her professional work, Nahashley is a driving force behind internal leadership development at Cleveland Clinic. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Group of Aspiring Leaders (GOAL), an internal professional development program. Identifying a gap in leadership pipelines, she helped expand GOAL to the Florida region—establishing a leadership team, launching committees, and growing the program to over 200 active members within two years. In recognition of her efforts, Nahashley received the 2024 Inclusion Caregiver Award, one of Cleveland Clinic’s highest honors for advancing inclusive excellence.

Nahashley’s service-minded leadership extends well beyond the workplace. She is the Treasurer and Board Member of We Stand Together, Inc., a nonprofit focused on cancer awareness and family support—a cause deeply personal to her after the loss of her twin sister to colon cancer. She also serves as a Board Member of Kingdom Girlies, a faith-based nonprofit empowering women through spiritual development, and as an usher at The Faith Center in Sunrise, Florida.
