
Rhenie Dalger
Rhenie Dalger is the CEO and founder of Global Tactical Advanced Communications (Globaltac.com), excelling in global communications, public relations, marketing, and advertising. She also serves as the Chief of Staff for Miami-Dade County Commission, District 2.
Rhenie is an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in Crisis Communications, Media Relations, Corporate Communications, Business Management, and Project Development. She holds an M.B.A. and a Master of Science in Global Strategic Communications from Florida International University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a minor in Business Administration.
For five years, Rhenie was the communications and development consultant for Family Action Network Movement (FANM), focusing on immigration, housing, health access, education reform, gender equality, gentrification, climate justice, and human rights. She is the Vice President of the board for the Florida Immigrant Coalition (FLIC), supporting over 65 member organizations.
Rhenie combines her business management expertise and inclusive leadership with a dedication to advocating for vulnerable communities. Her work emphasizes comprehensive immigration reform, voter access and education, financial literacy, language access, and gender equity.
In her free time, Rhenie enjoys exploring global cuisines, watching foreign independent films, and learning about the cultural traditions of Haiti, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, China, and India.
