This annual recognition celebrates 20 outstanding Haitian-American professionals under the age of 40 who have demonstrated exceptional achievements in their careers, leadership in their communities, and dedication to excellence.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be of Haitian descent.
• Be under the age of 40 as of the event date in September.
• Significant professional achievements and/or contributions to the community.
• Demonstrated leadership and a commitment to making a positive impact.
