Do you know a remarkable Haitian-American professional under the age of 40 who deserves recognition for their achievements and impact? The Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida (HACCOF) invites you to nominate an exceptional individual for our prestigious Top 20 Under 40 Young Professionals Awards.

This is your chance to highlight someone who inspires others, demonstrates excellence in their field, and contributes meaningfully to the community.

Please Note:

Submitting a nomination is not the same as submitting an application. Once you nominate someone, HACCOF will reach out to the individual, inform them of your recommendation, and encourage them to complete the application process. Your nomination lets them know they are seen and appreciated for their accomplishments.

Nomination Criteria:

• The nominee must be of Haitian descent.
• Must be under the age of 40 as of the event date in September.
• Should demonstrate professional achievements, leadership, and community impact.

How to Nominate:

Complete the nomination form by providing the nominee’s contact information, a brief statement about why you believe they deserve this recognition, and any relevant achievements or contributions you wish to highlight.
