The Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida (HACCOF) is proud to offer a $2,500 Scholarship Grant to first-generation college students residing in Miami-Dade County. This scholarship aims to support and empower students pursuing their educational goals in business or public sciences.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be between the ages of 17 and 26.
  • Must be admitted to or currently enrolled in a Florida four-year college or university with at least 24 credits left to complete.
  • Must be pursuing a degree in business or public sciences.
  • Must be enrolled as a full-time student taking at least 12 credits per semester.
  • Must have lived in Miami-Dade County for at least one year before applying and provide proof of residency.
  • Must submit a complete scholarship application and supporting documents by February 14, 2025.
  • Must be the first in their immediate family seeking a bachelor’s degree.

Award Details:

  • Tuition Award: $2,500
  • Application Deadline: February 14, 2025
